These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onradar's website, services, and any related applications (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
onradar is an uptime monitoring service that also provides flow-based API monitoring. The Service allows users to monitor the availability and performance of their websites and APIs. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, onradar cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or reliability of the Service.
3. User Responsibilities
a. Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or its servers. You will not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities.
c. API Usage: If you use the API functionality provided by onradar, you agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions outlined in the API documentation.
4. Intellectual Property
a. onradar Ownership: The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by onradar and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service, except as explicitly permitted by onradar.
b. User Content: By using the Service, you may provide or upload content, such as API configurations or monitoring data. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by onradar. onradar has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that onradar shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONRADAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATIONAL CONTENT. ONRADAR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
7. Limitation of Liability

LEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONRADAR OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
8. Refunds
1. Free Trial Period
onradar offers a 15-day free trial for new customers to evaluate our service. During this period, you can explore and test the features and functionality of onradar without any charges.
You can upgrade or downgrade in plan level at any time within your account settings. Downgrading your plan may cause the loss of features or capacity of your account. The onradar does not accept any liability for such loss.
Our payment process is conducted by our payment processor Paddle. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Paddle will collect those taxes on behalf of taxing authority and remit those taxes to taxing authorities. See Paddle’s Terms of Use for details.
Fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Plans
a. Monthly Subscription: If you choose the monthly subscription plan, you will be billed on a monthly basis. The subscription fee is non-refundable for the current billing month once the payment has been made.
b. Annual Subscription: If you opt for the annual subscription plan, you will be billed upfront for the entire year. The subscription fee is non-refundable once the payment has been made.
3. Refund Eligibility
a. New Subscriptions: If you are a new customer and have purchased a subscription plan, you are eligible for a refund within the first week (7 days) of your initial subscription purchase. To initiate a refund, you must contact our support team within this period.
b. Renewals: For subscription renewals, including monthly and annual plans, the payment is considered final and non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals unless required by applicable laws.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund within the eligible period, you must contact our support team via email at [email protected] and provide the following information:
- Your onradar account details
- Reason for the refund request
- Transaction details (such as invoice number or payment confirmation)
5. Refund Limitations
a. Partial Usage: If you have used onradar during the refund period and benefited from the service, we may prorate the refund based on the portion of the subscription period that remains unused.
b. Third-Party Fees: Any fees or charges incurred by third-party payment processors or financial institutions during the refund process (such as transaction fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional cases, onradar may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds outside the stated refund period or under circumstances not explicitly mentioned in this Policy. Such refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes to this Refund Policy
onradar reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our service after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Refund Policy.

9. Termination
onradar may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, with or without cause or notice, at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any materials obtained from the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
onradar reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Service. By continuing to access or use the Service after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
